Planners have agreed that a property in Gourock can be used for short-term lets.
An application was made by Rebecchi Archirectural to Inverclyde Council regarding The Wee Cottage on Cloch Road in Gourock.
Officials have now decided that the owner can continue using the annexe for short-term/holiday lets in retrospect.
