Go-ahead Given For New Port Glasgow Retail Park Unit

Port Glasgow Retail Park

Permission has been granted to develop the final plot at Gallagher Retail Park in Port Glasgow.

A planning application seeking approval for a shop on land at Ardgowan Street, next to the unit occupied by Direct Flooring, has been approved by Inverclyde Council planners.

Rebecchi Architectural stated at the time of the application: “It will be a small retail unit to complete the development.

“If the proposal receives planning consent, then it will be marketed for rent or sale through Bowman Rebecchi while being constructed.”

The new unit will provide just over 3,000 square feet (280 square meters) of floor space, with the potential to create a mezzanine level also.

The total site area is 4,500 square feet (420 square meters).

Interested parties should contact Bowman Rebecchi.
