Green Light For Cardwell Bay Bungalow Renovations
Plans for a prominent property on Cardwell Road in Gourock have received approval from local planners.
The proposal, submitted by Rebecchi Architectural, outlines the conversion of the attic into habitable accommodation, as well as the construction of a rear outbuilding.
Located on the border of Greenock and Gourock, the bungalow enjoys a prime position next to the Battery Park at Cardwell Bay.
Inverclyde Council Planners have given the green light to the project, with work set to commence in March 2025.
