The Exchange RESTAURANT & Wine Bar, greenock

Completed extension to The Exchange restaurant to create a new wine bar. By utilising the car park between the Exchange and the former Dockworkers Club.

A new wine bar extension was added while retaining a small external courtyard.

The new extension provides restaurant clientele with the option of a wine bar to enjoy the remainder of their evening after their meal and also gives patrons not using the restaurant a place to drink and relax whilst not impacting on restaurant.

The former Dockworkers Club was converted to create the Thistle and Clyde Suites, providing a large function suite on the first floor and a smaller suite on the ground floor.
