Café Plan Agreed For East End Shop Development
Planners have agreed that one of three new commercial units in Greenock’s East End can be a café instead of a shop.
The proposal by Rebecchi Architectural for the properties on Kilmacolm Road is now for one unit to be for retail, one to be a hot food takeaway and one to be a café.
No further details are given in Planning documents. The shop unit is already occupied by Flawless Hair and Beauty Salon.
The development is at the former Scottish Water site, opposite Burnhead Street, and also features a convenience store, as yet unoccupied.
