Esplanade, Greenock

Refurbishment of a traditional sandstone villa located on Greenock’s well known Esplanade. The property occupied the ground and lower ground floors. Each floor was separated to create two dwellings. Both floors were extensively refurbished and upgraded.

The original floor tiles were discovered under the carpet within the main entrance hall. These were repaired and then professionally cleaned and then sealed.
