The existing house was a “Dorran” construction. The existing dorran panels were replaced with new insulated timber kit panels. The house was extended and additional accommodation formed within the new “attic type” roof trusses. The property is located within the picturesque Kyles of Bute National Scenic area and can now accommodate up to 16 people.
